Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of SafeKids360, operated by SafeKids360 LLC.
1. Eligibility. You must be the legal guardian of any child whose device you pair. By installing the kid app and entering the pairing code on a child's device you confirm guardianship.
2. Acceptable use. Do not pair devices belonging to people who are not your minor children. Do not attempt to bypass platform protections or reverse-engineer the service.
3. Service availability. We provide the service "as is". We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
4. Subscription. Premium features are billed via Google Play and the App Store. Cancel any time through the platform's subscription settings.
5. Termination. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time inside the parent app.
6. Limitation of liability. SafeKids360 is a supportive tool. It does not replace adult supervision in safety-critical situations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeKids360 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
