Using SOS
How your child triggers an SOS alert and what happens on your phone.

On the kid phone
- Open SafeKids Kid.
- Tap and hold the red SOS button for 2 seconds.
- The button flashes — release to send.
On the parent phone
You receive:
- A push notification with the last known location.
- A full-screen alert with two buttons: Call and Open map.
- Audio (the device rings even if silenced).
Cancel and history
The child can tap Cancel within 5 seconds. After that, only the parent can mark the alert resolved. All SOS events are kept in History for 30 days (forever on Premium).
